As EVYAP employees, we place great importance on respecting privacy and safeguarding the personal and confidential information of our customers, employees, and other relevant individuals and organizations we work with.
Conflict of Interest
As EVYAP employees, we aim to avoid conflicts of interest. We do not seek or obtain personal benefit from individuals or organizations with whom we have business relationships by leveraging our current roles or responsibilities.
Abuse of Duty
As EVYAP employees, we do not engage in any acts or conduct that are contrary to ethical principles, applicable laws, or company discipline.
Employee Feedback and Complaints
As EVYAP employees, we may submit complaints related to our safeguarded rights through the system. Our complaints are thoroughly reviewed by the People and Culture Department and union representatives, and the complaint report is forwarded to the Disciplinary Committee.
Responsible Use of Resources
As EVYAP employees, we take the company’s interests into account in all uses of resources on behalf of the company. We do not use company assets or facilities for personal or external purposes without a legitimate business interest.
Corporate Media Relations
We may give statements to any media outlet and participate as speakers in interviews, seminars, conferences, and similar events, subject to the approval of EVYAP senior management.
Anti-Bribery and Gifts Policy
As EVYAP employees, we do not accept any gifts, whether of monetary value or not, that could influence or compromise our impartiality, decision-making, or performance.
Protection of Confidential Information
Confidential information consists of information that may not be altered, copied, or destroyed. We do not disclose confidential information to third parties unless disclosure is required by law or by official authorities, as applicable, as EVYAP employees.
Workplace Bullying and Psychological Harassment
As EVYAP employees, we have zero tolerance for psychological violence, pressure, bullying, or exclusion, and we do not condone or excuse such actions.
