European Parliament declaration and Evyap application for REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals)

Evyap has started the necessary studies for REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) after it is signed and declared by European Parliament. In order to fulfill our obligations in REACH regulations, we have to receive stamped and signed declaration from our suppliers confirming that, for packaging suppliers of Evyap, they are not using SVHC (Substance of Very High Concern) mentioned in REACH regulations, and for raw materials and chemical substance suppliers of Evyap, they are going to register the materials in the quantity to include the tonnage they are shipping to Evyap. SVHC list is being updated continuously and it is your responsibility to follow the SVHC list and inform Evyap about the changes. SVHC List at 30.10.2009 is given below.
